Investigations of the Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) effect have been perform
ed on single crystals of the II-V group diluted magnetic semiconductor
(Cd1-x-yZnxMny)(3)As-2 with x + y = 0.3, y = 0.04, 0.06 and 0.08, sub
jected to long-time thermal annealing. The presence of the first and t
he second harmonics in the spectrum of SdH oscillations is established
. The strong magnetic field dependence of the cyclotron mass, observed
earlier in the as-grown samples, is conserved after heat treatment. T
his dependence coexists with the influence of the s-d interaction to t
he effective g-factor. A comparison between the properties of as-grown
