Endometriosis of the uterine cervix is an uncommon entity, Endometriosis ha s rarely been reported after cold-knife conization of the cervix, and has b een associated with other scars, such as abdominal incisions and episiotomy , Despite the growing use of the loop excision of the transformation zone, the occurrence of cervical endometriosis has not been reported. We present this case as an alert to this possible complication.
