Abstract
The physical and thermal characterizations of films of poly(l-butene) (PB-1 ) with an oligomer terpenic-based resin (Clearon P125), glassy at room temp erature, were examined by optical microscopy, differential scanning calorim etry (DSC), and differential mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). The rheolo gical behavior of the molten mixtures was also examined. The results indica te that the Clearon P125 and PB-1 results in a one-phase system in the melt .
