Abstract
Excited J(pi) = 0(+) states in Pb-188 populated in the alpha-decay of Po-19 2 have been identified through alpha-particle-conversion electron coinciden ces. The level scheme has been interpreted using a configuration mixing cal culation, providing estimates of the mixing matrix elements, mixing amplitu des and the energies of unperturbed and unobserved levels.
