Abstract
We hale studied B1-B2 transition and volume collapse in relatively less exp lored rubidium halides using three body potential model (TBPM) and two body potential model (TWBPM) and found better results with three body potential model. Also, rubidium halides obeyed the universal equation of state of Vi net ct al. [Phys. Rev. B 48 (1993) 5891].
