Auger K-spectra of all neon-like molecules (HF, H2O, NH3, and CH4 are calcu
lated with satellites of multiple ionization taken into account. In the cal
culation of probabilities of Auger transitions, electron density of ligands,
multiplet splitting, and interaction of configurations of final states are
taken into account simultaneously. Theoretical integral intensities of sha
ke-off and shake-up satellites "with observer" in Auger K-spectra of neon-l
ike molecules are 18.2-20.5% of the total intensity of the Auger spectrum.
The inclusion of satellites of multiple ionization makes it possible to int
erpret certain features of molecular Auger spectra.
