Abstract
We report two cases of leuprolide acelate-treated leiomyomas with stri king vascular changes and histologic features of vasculitis and athero sclerosis. These changes may cause ischemic damage if they occur in ot her organs. We describe the histologic findings and discuss their clin ical implications.
