Abstract
Finite-size lattice Monte Carlo simulations of phase transitions in Ising s ystems (1 less than or equal to d less than or equal to 4) allow the determ ination of simple binomial scaling functions for T < T-c and T > T-c, consi stent with the asymptotic behavior for the critical isotherm, the spontaneo us magnetization and the zero field susceptibility, which describe quite we ll the scaling behavior in an extended range of the scaling variable, 0.01 less than or equal to \(T - T-c)/T-c\L-l/nu less than or equal to 20, for a ll four dimensionalities.
