We study the possible signature for lepton-flavor violation processes in th
e scalar-lepton sector of the minimal supersymmetric model at future electr
on-photon colliders. We find that an e gamma collider can provide a good op
portunity to probe the mass differences and flavor mixing angles between th
e sleptons of the first generation and the other two generations for the ri
ght-handed as well as the left-handed sector. The sensitivity reach for lep
ton-flavor violation is comparable to that obtained at an e(+)e(-) and e(-)
e(-) collider, and is better than the current bound from low-energy rare pr
ocesses such as mu-->e gamma for low and moderate tan beta values. [S0556-2
