Abstract
Data for the Personnel Selection Tests Forms A, B, and C were obtained in t hree separate studies of 1,049, 619, and 214 high school pupils, university students, and employees. Analysis indicated low subtest intercorrelations that increased uniformly across Forms A, B? and C. Sex and age effects on t he total scores varied across each form of the test.
