Abstract
The synthesis, characterization and in vitro antitumor activity of two nove l podophyllotoxins, 4 beta-(5-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)podophyllotoxin (5) and 4 beta-(5-phenyl-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)podophyllotoxin (6), are described .
