Abstract
The effect of ultrasonic agitation on the properties of Nickel - Phosphorou s and Nickel - Boron electroless deposits is reported in this paper. Prelim inary results indicate that due to ultrasonic agitation the deposition rate on Ni-B deposits is reduced to almost one half the value obtained with sti ll baths, in contrast to the Ni-P system.
