Abstract
Congenital urethrocele is a fairly rare disease in children. The authors re port the case of a 9-year-old child presenting with a penoscrotal mass. Pre ssure on the mass produced urine. The diagnosis of urethrocele was establis hed by ultrasonography and cystourethrography. Urethroplasty was successful ly performed.
