In this paper, a decentralized H-infinity-controller design problem for two
-channel systems is considered. A parametrization of all decentralized stab
le factors is proposed. With the parametrization of all decentralized stabl
e factors, the class of decentralized compensators is parametrized. The dec
entralized H-infinity-controller design procedure is built upon the J-spect
ral factorization approach to H-infinity-control. A class of decentralized
suboptimal controllers satisfying the H-infinity norm bound is parametrized
. A design procedure for decentralized suboptimal H-infinity-controllers is
