Au. Sheleg et Kv. Iodkovskaya, Low-temperature electrical conductivity and dielectric properties of TlInS2(1-x)Se2x crystals, INORG MATER, 35(5), 1999, pp. 444-447
The electrical conductivity, dielectric loss tangent, and permittivity of T
lInS2 and TlInS2(1-x)Se2x (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) crystals were measured in the
temperature range 100-250 K. Around the incommensurate commensurate phase
transition, the temperature dependences show anomalies whose shape and posi
tion depend on Se content. With increasing x, the transition temperature de
creases sharply, and the anomalies become broader and nearly vanish at x =
0.3. The properties studied exhibit hysteretic behavior in cooling-heating
cycles.
