Abstract
Epitaxial thin films La0.7Sr0.3MnO3-z were produced by magnetron sputtering technique on SrTiO3 (100), YSZ/Si(100) and SiO2/Si(100) mono- and polycrys talline substrates. Film properties depend on the substrate material. The i nfluence of heat treatment parameters such as temperature and ambient gas o n the electrical properties was also researched.
