Abstract
The recovery kinetics of the magnetic anisotropy induced by stress annealin g of Fe3Co67Cr3Si15B12 amorphous alloy was studied. It was obtained that an isotropy induced by stress annealing at low temperature (250 degrees C) in contrast to anisotropy induced at high temperature (350 degrees C) was reco vered for a period 20 times as long as needed to induce anisotropy at the s ame temperature. The recovery kinetics, earlier studied thermal stability a nd induced anisotropy peculiarities in Fe3CO67Cr3Si15B12 amorphous ribbons were compared. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
