We have investigated the spin-glass phase of Cu-Al-Mn alloys with less than
10 at% Mn. The experimental data have been compared to the results obtaine
d from a simulation of a diluted Ising spin-glass at T = 0 K. The model, in
agreement with experiments, exhibits a disorder induced phase transition f
rom a spin-glass phase with a smooth hysteresis cycle to a ferromagnetic ph
