An Fe-57 Mossbauer effect study of the magnetization cycle of an UFe4Al8 si
ngle crystal confirms the blocking of the magnetization perpendicularly to
the applied held before saturation is reached, as previously suggested by m
agnetization and magnetoresistance studies. Furthermore, it shows that this
