Abstract
The magnetic anisotropy has been measured in Y-3(FeTi)(29) and Sm-3(FeTi)(2 9). Two anisotropy field values, corresponding to two different hard direct ions have been found in both Y and Sm compounds. Fe and Sm anisotropies see m to be in accordance. In Sm-3(FeTi)(29) a type-2 FOMP occurs below 200 K a long the second hard direction. The temperature dependence of the anisotrop y field (H-A) and critical held (H-cr) is also reported.
