Abstract
We present a case of a testicular germ-cell metastasis in the seminal vesicle. Diagnostic imaging with transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS), C T, and MRI was performed. This case emphasizes the role of MRI in the evaluation of patients with pathology in the pelvic region.
