Abstract
Behavior of Pu(IV) microamounts in precipitation of Fe(III) hydroxide forme d as a result of FeO42- reduction in ammonia and alkaline solutions in the range from PH 9.3 to 0.4 M OH- was studied by the alpha-radiometric techniq ue, Plutonium was removed from solutions with a fairly high decontamination factor in the presence of sulfite ions.
