Tuberculosis of the breast. Three case-report.

Three cases of tuberculosis of the breast were seen at the Souissi Maternit y Hospital in Rabat, Morocco. This rare condition occurs chiefly in women o f childbearing potential, usually as an apparently primary infection. The c linical presentation varies widely, making early diagnosis difficult. Cultu res are often negative but the demonstration of follicular lesions exhibiti ng caseating necrosis establishes the diagnosis.
