Abstract
An automated system for the enantiopurity test of S-perindopril based on th e concept of flow injection with an amperometric biosensor (based on L-amin oacid oxidase) is described. The system is suitable for the on-line monitor ing of S-perindopril at a sampling rate of 65 samples per h, in the linear range: 200 pmol l(-1)-80 nmol l(-1) with an RSD better than 0.09% (n = 10).
