The objective of our study is the estimation of the efficacity and toleranc
e of the injectable contraception (I C) versus oral contraception (O C) and
the comparative study of the side effects, accidents and failures. From th
e total number of 14258 women wich are under contraception in our center th
ere were investigated 8830 women with hormonal contraception in an 8 years
period.
The injectable contraception is an efficient and safe method and it is appl
ied in our center by 819 women (5,7%). For the increase of the use of this
contraceptive method it is necessary the improvement of the couselling tech
niques to increase women's receptivity for this method.
