Abstract
The objective of our study is the estimation of the efficacity and toleranc e of the injectable contraception (I C) versus oral contraception (O C) and the comparative study of the side effects, accidents and failures. From th e total number of 14258 women wich are under contraception in our center th ere were investigated 8830 women with hormonal contraception in an 8 years period. The injectable contraception is an efficient and safe method and it is appl ied in our center by 819 women (5,7%). For the increase of the use of this contraceptive method it is necessary the improvement of the couselling tech niques to increase women's receptivity for this method.
