Abstract
A number of new glycylcyclines were synthesized for structure-activity rela tionship study. Many of the derivatives exhibit potent, broad spectrum anti bacterial activity against both tetracycline susceptible and resistant orga nisms. GAR-936 (TBG-MINO) shows better activity than the previously reporte d DMG-MINO and DMG-DMDOT. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserve d.
