P. Klosowski et R. Schmidt, STATIC ANALYSIS OF ELASTOVISCOPLASTIC PLATES AND SHELLS AT LARGE DEFLECTIONS, Zeitschrift fur angewandte Mathematik und Mechanik, 77, 1997, pp. 165-166
The present paper deals with the static finite element analysis of pla
tes and shells with elasto-viscoplastic material behaviour in the geom
etrically nonlinear range of deformation. The analysis is based on a f
irst-order shear deformation shell theory allowing for small strains a
nd moderate rotations [1,2]. Time rate effects in the plastic response
are included by the use of the viscoplastic constitutive model of Per
zyna [3].
