Abstract
In this communication, the results of synthesis,characterization and dehydr iding behaviour of the intermetallic compound La2-xCaxMg17 are presented. P ressure-composition hydrogen desorption isotherms are measured at high temp erature. The influence of Ca substitution on the hydriding-dehydriding char acteristics of the intermetallic phase La2Mg17 has been investigated. (C) 1 999 International Association for Hydrogen Energy.
