Abstract
Reaction of a vanadium(IV) hydroxo complex bearing hydrotris(3,5-diisopropy lpyrazol-1-yl)borate (Tp(Pr12)) with O-2 results in reductive O-2 activatio n to give Tp(Pr12)V(V)(O)(eta(2)-O-2)(L); the first example of the formatio n of a peroxo vanadium complex from molecular oxygen.
