Abstract
This paper proposes a service management(*1) architecture that facilitates provisioning of information and communication services on an enterprise net work established on a global scale. This architecture comprises Service Lev el Agreement assurance technology, operation information sharing technology , and operation information distribution technology. Using these technologi es, a global service management system is developed and applied to GEMnet.
