Abstract
A diode-pumped saturable Bragg reflector (SBR) mode-locked Cr:LiSAF laser i s demonstrated which requires only a single Gires-Tournois interferometer ( CTI) mirror for dispersion compensation. This extremely compact laser produ ced stable 94 fs pulses with an output power of 110 mW at a wavelength of 8 48 nm when pumped by 660 mW of Light from two broad area red diode lasers.
