Abstract
We numerically study two-photon processes using a set of harmonics from a T i:sapphire laser and, in particular, interference effects in the above-thre shold ionization spectra. We compare the situation where the harmonic phase s are assumed locked to the case where they have a random distribution. Sug gestions for possible experiments, using realistic parameters, are discusse d. [S1050-2947(99)04305-X].
