Antimony(III) chlor-fluoro complex K4Sb3F7Cl6 Was synthesized and its cryst
al structure was determined. The crystals are triclinic, a = 8,626(1), b =
10.804(3), c = 11.284(5) Angstrom, alpha = 67.54(3)degrees, beta = 70.81(3)
degrees, gamma = 73.69(3)degrees, V = 903.1(6) Angstrom(3), Z = 2, rho(exp)
= 3.21 g/cm(3), rho(calcd) = 3.189 g/cm(3), space group P (1) over bar. Th
e structure is built from the isolated anionic [SbF3ClE](-) and [SbFCl4E](2
-) complexes and K+ cations combining the complexes into a three-dimensiona
l framework.
