Abstract
Recent advances in molecular biology have made the prospect of gene therapy for prostate cancer a reality. A wide variety of genetic strategies, vecto r designs, and delivery modalities are currently in use. This article exami nes the state of the art prostate cancer gene therapy and details the vario us options available to clinicians.
