Abstract
The type and severity of symptoms experienced by patients with advanced pro state cancer are highly variable, mandating an individual approach to this patient population. This article reviews the management of symptoms in the patient with advanced prostate cancer and the methods used to evaluate trea tment effect on quality of life.
