Abstract
A simple and readily available method of estimating coronary flow velocity reserve may have significant clinical value. With use of intracoronary aden osine we documented a very good correlation between coronary flow reserve v alues obtained with the Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infaction trial frame co unt method and the invasive Doppler wire (Flowire) technique.
