Abstract
In vivo oxidation of low-density lipoprotein is shown to be significantly r elated to another risk factor for coronary atherosclerosis, abnormal electr ocardiographic late potentials, in clinically healthy pilots. Because both of these variables have been also associated with cardiac arrhythmogenic ac tion, together they may improve the identification of patients at risk of v entricular tachyarrhythmias.
