Abstract
Median sternotomy or combined multiple minimally invasive approaches are cu rrently used to revascularize patients with multivessel coronary artery dis ease on the beating heart. We present here a new alternative approach for m inimally invasive coronary surgery on the beating heart: the reversed-J inf erior sternotomy. Through this approach, the left anterior descending, diag onal, and right coronary arteries can be revascularized via a single minima lly invasive approach.
