Abstract
Carnitine, betaine, gamma-butyrobetaine and separate carnitine esters are d etermined in blood plasma, crop milk, liver, heart and breast muscle of pig eons (Columba livia domestica) by means of HPLC with photometric detection at 245 nm. The method can be generally applied for samples of animal origin .
