Isoamylase produced by Pseudomonas amyloderamosa was adsorbed to near-compl
etion on to raw corn starch. The isoamylase/starch granules when freeze-dri
ed were stable at 4-6 degrees C, but not at room temperature, for 8 months.
Granules prepared by vacuum-drying method were stable at both temperatures
for the same time.
