Abstract
We give a brief overview of frequently used stabilised finite element schem es for steady incompressible Bow. We derive Taylor-Galerkin schemes for the Row equations and show how SUPG-type and Taylor-Galerkin methods can he in terpreted within the same framework. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A.
