Abstract
Applying the concept of lateral coupling, green emitting DFB laser diodes b ased on ZnSe have been fabricated and analysed at room temperature under pu lsed current injection. The devices are: characterised by longitudinal sing lemode emission with a typical threshold current of similar to 25 mA.
