Abstract
The mobility and degradation of terbuthylazine in a clay soil after the add ition of pig slurry, were monitored during a three-year field experiment. P ig slurry addition increased herbicide retention by the soil and decreased the degradation rate of the herbicide. Degradation and adsorption-desorptio n laboratory experiments confirmed the observed trends.
