Abstract
Analysis of variance method (ANO VA) was used in this paper to investi gate linearity of a regression line in quantitative TLC. It was proved that the ordinary least squares regression method (OLS) may be succes sfully applied to the linear calibration regarding the determination o f two flavonoids, namely rutin and hiperozid, in plants.
