Abstract
Electromotive force (emf) measurements of the cell Na ion-selective electro de (glass)\NaCl, MeOH + H2O\Cl ion-selective electrode (solid state) were m ade in methanol + water containing 0, 10, 30, 50, 70, and 90 mass % of meth anol, at 308.15 K and 318.15 K, respectively. Using the Fitter's equation c alculations of standard cell potentials were made. The mean activity coeffi cients of NaCl were also derived.
