Abstract
A case of a very extensive form of the rare Bockenheimer's syndrome (genuin e diffuse phlebectasia) in a 45-year-old female patient is presented. The s ubject presented phlebectasias of the upper right leg, the vulva and the ri ght side of the abdomen. The diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities for c ases of patients with Bockenheimer's syndrome are described. (C) 1999 Elsev ier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
