Abstract
Analytical characteristics in reversed-phase high-performance liquid c hromatography are determined for the most widespread narcotics. Additi onal use of UV parameters, relative optical densities at definite wave lengths [A(254/220) and A(280/246)] allows unambiguous identification of the majority of the compounds, except compounds with the same chrom ophores and different alkyl substituents in amino groups (-NH2 and -NH R for amphetamine derivatives).
