Abstract
It is shown that one can always recover the standard formula for the angle deficit in the case of nonstatic stringlike objects with T-t(t)=T-z(z) and T-r(r)=T-phi(phi)=0, while the metric evolves as; a Kasner-type spacetime. [S0556-2821(99)02308-5].
