Abstract
Types of vocational rehabilitation services received and the employment out comes of state vocational rehabilitation consumers with serious mental illn ess were investigated. A cluster analysis of individuals who were successfu lly employed identified 5 service patterns. A chi-square analysis demonstra ted a moderate relationship between these service patterns and occupational outcome; Planned contrasts of wages by service pattern indicated that coun seling had a positive effect on wages.
