Abstract
The evolution of surfaces grown using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) is an interesting scientific issue as well as an important technological concern. In this review article we examine surface evolution during fi lm growth from several different points of view. Experimental, simulat ional and analytical descriptions of the process are discussed.
